No outside food or drinks will be allowed inside the Bay Center. Food vendors will be located at the Pensacola Bay Center’s front entrance, and plenty of area restaurants will have special fandom-themed menus and drink specials throughout the weekend.
Celebrity Schedule
Unless noted, celebrity guests will be at their tables, available to meet fans, take photographs, autographs, etc. all three days. Autograph and photograph prices vary by celebrity. (We will make special announcements for those guests who will not be with us all three days, and any changes or cancellations will be posted on the Cancellations page.)
The celebrity guests will be located on the 2nd floor of the Pensacola Bay Center. The 2nd floor is accessible by the interior and exterior stairways.
The panel schedule and the photo op schedule will be available on both the app and on the website. Photo ops will be available for pre-purchase from Celeb Photo Ops. See the Photo Ops page for details.
Parking & Trolley
The lot in back of the Bay Center off 9th Avenue is reserved for attendees with VIP passes, vendors, and media. You must have the appropriate passes to park in this lot. Handicapped parking is available in the front parking lot of the Bay Center off Alcaniz Street.
The gravel lot across Alcaniz Street from the Bay Center is available for attendees. Cost is $10 with no re-entry. Parking is also available throughout the city, and while prices may vary, the typical price is also $10.
