John Dell

Harvey Award-nominated inker John Dell has worked in the comic industry since 1986, starting with smaller independent titles such as Americomics’ FemForce, Now Comics’ Speed Racer and Dark Horse’s Pit Bulls. Some of the titles he has inked for DC include Superman, Batman, The Demon, Chain Gang War, Lobo, JLA, The Atom, The Huntress, Green Lantern Corps, The Outsiders, Black Canary/Oracle, JLX and Harley Quinn.

Over at Marvel, John has contributed inks to the Eisner Award-winning Young Avengers, Ultimate Fantastic Four, Ultimate Spider-Man, The Avengers, Avengers vs. X-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy, Superior Spider-Man and many others, including far too many covers and interiors to mention!

An Escambia High School alum (Class of ’84), he currently resides in Slidell, Louisiana, with his wife Lisa, son Tyler, and daughter Ashley. He considers himself to be a very happy and lucky individual to be allowed to work in the comic industry and to enjoy all the friendships with other professionals and fans he’s met.
