At Pensacon, we celebrate diversity, and that includes on the Vendor Floor.  We strive to bring to Pensacon the highest quality and best selection of vendors that can be found at any convention, and to ensure that those vendors also reflect exclusivity.

To that end, our selection process is not a first come, first served system – we review each application carefully and have strict guidelines for what we feel makes an outstanding vendor. As we review the applications, we take things into consideration such as the prior convention experience of the vendor, the quality of the vendor and their product, their booth setup, their saturation in our local market, and many other things.

It is encouraged that you include photos of your product and booth setup, details of any experience with larger conventions, and any other details that make you feel that you would be a good fit for Pensacon.

Setup
Load-in: Thursday, February 16 from 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Load out: Sunday, February 19 from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Vendor entry on convention days: Friday @ 11:30 pm, Saturday @ 8:30 am, Sunday @ 8:30 am

All vendors must be completely setup by 12:30 pm Friday (2/17/17) afternoon and remain setup until 6:00 pm Sunday (2/19/17) evening.
