The Pensacola Bay Center is a 10,000-seat arena with over 20,000 square feet of exhibition space and 12 versatile meeting rooms with 13,000 square feet of meeting space. The Pensacola Bay Center continues to be one of the busiest facilities in Florida. Recently, the venue was ranked #1 in Florida and #16 in the world for ticket sales for locations with seating capacities between 5,001 – 10,000.

At the Bay Center, badgeholders can visit the vendor floor, meet our guests for autographs and photos, and attend panels and workshops.

The Crowne Plaza Pensacola Grand is a 15-story hotel built around the L&N Passenger Depot and Express Office, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. It has proudly hosted Pensacon since the first year of the convention.

Inside the Crowne Plaza, badgeholders can attend celebrity panels in the Grand Ballroom and play numerous board and card games on the 2nd floor, as well as check out the various community (or “fan”) tables throughout the lobby. Enjoy meals at 1912, the Crowne’s in-house restaurant, and drinks at Cavu, where you just may run into celebrities after hours.

The REX Theatre, built in 1910, is a historic building located in downtown Pensacola, Fla. The REX was closed for more than 20 years and was in need of extensive repair and renovation when Harvest Outreach acquired the REX at the end of 2012 with plans of restoring the historic landmark to its former glory. Now completely restored, the long-vacant REX Theatre serves as a venue for Harvest Church, for small-scale live theater, and for movies, concerts and other special events.

The Rex will be home to many of our larger celebrity panels on Friday and Saturday. The theater is within a 10-minute walk from the Bay Center. Badgeholders can ride trolleys between the Rex and the Bay Center for free.

The Saenger Theatre was built in 1925 and housed Vaudeville-type road shows, Broadway plays, and motion pictures. Fully renovated, it now is a hub for performing arts in Pensacola.

The Saenger houses two venues: a 1,600-seat theater, where the most popular panels will be held; and an upstairs meeting room to be used for additional panels. Badgeholders can ride trolleys between the Saenger and the Bay Center for free.
